In a wonderfully central location close to Edgware Road and Baker Street, the Seymour Leisure Centre’s facilities include a 100 station gym, 30-metre swimming pool, a climbing wall, fitness classes, sports hall, jungle gym, nursery, spa and beauty salon. Alongside that rather exhaustive list, they also offer activities such as football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, squash, table tennis, swimming lessons, personal training, beauty treatments, physiotherapy and martial arts. There’s even bouldering AND you can hire all the equipment. There’s definitely a lot going on here and considering the location, and with towels at £1.80 and lockers at £1.00, it’s a great place to take advantage of so much in central London. Located in the heart of the West End, this venue has London’s only heated outdoor swimming pool, as well as a 140 station gym with a dedicated functional training zone, three squash courts, and two studios hosting a range of fitness classes such as yoga and Pilates. This is a little gem tucked away in Covent Garden and a great place to stop off and make the most of the wide selection of activities on offer. Whilst your in town check it out!

Situated in the heart of central London just off Oxford Street, this wonderful centre resides in a restored 1930s building complete with original marble floors. This beautiful Grade II listed centre has a fitness suite as well as a spa area, so whether you want to use everything or simply swing by to freshen up the choice is yours. Towels and lockers are both £1, and it’s wonderfully convenient to get to whilst in central London, not far from Oxford Circus. The beautiful building is an experiential bonus.
